I believe all the parts etc were sold to Pentechnic in the UK who handles and modifies Tesoro products under their Lazer brand.
Figure Tesoro is now a thing of the past. At least the legend will live on thru Pentechnic.

Such a shame. Great detector companies, now going away. Everything changes I guess. Just a shame.

YEP,what a shame it will not be long guys that some of the Tesoro's detectors will become like the old"FISHER 1266X" people will be looking for them and cannot find them:look:

It is what it is. Either produce products people want or go under. Tesoro was a vendor in a niche market, in a hobby seen as weird by many people. They're dead Jim. To quote T-Bird "This is the really real world, there ain't no coming back." I am also in complete agreement with other opinions of White's being next in line to go under.
